Northwestern men's tennis is embracing the future as they continue to build on recent achievements. Over the past several years, the program has set a higher standard with new single-season match win totals and thrilling wins over Big Ten rivals. The 'Cats are poised for a conference title and sustained success on the national level.

  • Funds technology advancements like PlaySight Smart Court, an after-action review system that allows players to track activity and motion for later analysis

  • Funds a tennis specific, Etcheberry-certified trainer to help with speed and agility work for the players

Season Highlights from 2017

  • 22 wins in 2016-17 marked the 5th straight 20-win season
  • Team qualified for its 6th straight NCAA tournament and advanced past the first round for the third straight year
  • Strong Kirchheimer finished his career as the winningest Wildcat ever combined between singles and doubles
  • Arvid Swan moved into 3rd place on the Northwestern coaching wins list
  • Four Wildcats earned Academic All-Big Ten honors, including juniors Jason Seidman and Ben Vandixhorn
